Return Policy

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges within my provided time frame, if you find that you are not satisfied with your item. Your account will be credited accordingly. I will credit the value of your item purchased onto the credit card that you used to purchase the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders have a 15 day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange must be date stamped 15 days after I SHIPPED the item, not 15 days from the day the item was received. All returns must include a receipt and have no sign of wear.

Please contact me at info@Floodclothing.com to inform me of your intentions. Please indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item. If you are exchanging the item please let me know what item you are wishing to exchange it for.

I will not accept items past this time period. No store credit will be given. If you receive a defective product you must notify me within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, I will only accept defective items at my discretion.
